I can not see their profile, i am reporting them in game but i don't know if anything happen to them. Because cheating is still common.

Record Video. Reporting in game lets them tie your support ticket, that we submit with videos, to your user report. Thus their account.
If you want to report a cheater, you need video evidence and a Support ticket (https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), the in-game report is not enough for this kind of offenses.
When the ticket asks you the SteamID64, you can simply type the name they were using in game, being them from a different platform, and explain it in the description.
