The Most Cheater From Each Region

Today i play as Huntress Killer and i meet many chinese player that easily dodge my red stain when i chat on after game chat they confess that they using stretched screen.

In fact i dont want to have racism but on Asia Server , The Most cheaters is from China Region.

Like on America Server , that mostly cheater from Rusia.

I think it is a game problem, rather than region. There are cheaters everywhere.
