Just out of curiosity, why doesn't this iri reduce the missed attack cooldown when you are using demon strike? I mean, if we are forced to have to continue missing as the activation requirement.

I would agree, or it needs to increase the duration of Blood Fury. Something to make up for the wasted time from purposely missing demon strikes.
