DLC Stranger Things Characters Missing
I have been playing dead by daylight for a long time then I took a break for about a year and came back recently cause of quarantine to find my stranger things dlc missing from the game and they took it off the Xbox store I contacted Microsoft to confirm my purchases they confirmed it but said there's nothing they can do cause it was taken off the store and to contact the game devs directly so I did and I'm getting little to no response idk why all I want is my characters back or a refund if anyone can direct me to a higher up to get this sorted that would be great cause the last thing I wouldn't want to do is to potentially take legal action if I have to thanks for reading

Not a bug. They removed Steve, Demogorgon, and Nancy from the game unless you already own them. You can't by cosmetics for them, and their perks are now general perks.
They also removed Hawkins.

judging from the post he allready had steve/nancy/demo/john

Then all there is to do is wait, . Threatening legal action on the forums wont speed up support.
idk how Microsoft Store works, but Steam has this neat little window, under properties. Maybe Microsoft has that too?
