Still don't work in library of racoon city. Me and my friends just ran up there every time and always got out
It's a perk that fixes itself sadly.
The joy of haha killer can't hook me quickly dies out if it results in 4 minutes on the ground everytime
So people stop doing it after the novelty runs out. You'll see it from time to time used by people who want to upset the killer but it won't happen enough to be a problem.
That's my prediction atleast
