But only Hexes if I am not mistaken. Not normal totems.
Yes. It does decrease speed and it takes up to like a less of a half a gen done.
Yes all interractions with totems are affected by TotH.
All times are doubled when at 5 stacks
So the normal cleansing blessing takes 28 seconds instead of 14 and blessing a hex takes 56 seconds instead of 28
