Status effects display the Status icon in place of the perk icon
Whenever a status effect is applied for the first time, it should show you the effect icon in the red circle, with the perk name and icon beside it. However, it shows the status effect icon twice.
Here's an example of the HUD popup working correctly, for reference:
As far as I know, this affects every status effect, and happens every time. Cursed, Exhausted, Mangled, Endurance and Broken are ones I've seen personally.

This bug still hasn't been acknowledged or fixed as of the latest hotfix and is still in the game.

Still broken. Like my hopes and dreams for ever seeing a perk icon in the top right of my screen ever again.
I reported this bug ages ago but somehow it got overlooked. Nice to see that's acknowledged.

At the 1st post a lot of people saw it and it was acknowledged but in the 2nd no one cared and in the discussion again no one. And this post is up again
