Free track makes Rift looks terrible

I get it, you want people to buy the premium pass by putting all the cosmetics there but it makes the rift look terrible. This rift the free track has less on it than normal making it look even more empty. Fill it with SOMETHING. Shards would be ideal but I get you don't want to give more free cosmetics or characters so instead do Bloodpoints. Just something to make it not look so empty.

If players are not planning to buy the premium track they have no incentive to keep playing for the rift. If you had something every tier, like BP or Shards, and a player is 8/10 rift fragments in a tier they'll play a couple extra games to finish that tier. Instead a player sees they're multiple tiers away, each being 10 rift fragments, so they aren't going to keep playing - they'll put the game down. There's nothing encouraging a player hesitant to buy the premium pass to keep playing.

    Yeah I noticed how empty it was, it's ridiculous..

    Rifts used to be filled with junk charms that no one uses, but at least it gave players who didn't want to pay something to look forward to.. This rift, the junk charms no one will use, that come in a variety of rarities, are all part of the paid track...
