insta heal console problem?

I barely EVER use instaheals. But I notice when I do bring them I will a lot of the time use it and have no idea why it got used.

I finally think I figured it out. When I release the heal button and then hit the run button which is the same as the use insta heal button. Its as if there is some brief delay and it counts it as still healing even though I am running and the insta heal gets activated.

Is this a problem across all platforms? Just console? Or am I actually doing this accidentally.

Different buttons by default on pc.

I think I have it on same button but it never happened to me.

its just like the "oh you're trying to break chains? slow vault right back to the killer" issue.
