I bought a demogorgon skin 2 days before the chapter was removed. Unfortunately, I only noticed later that the purchase did not unlock the skin for me. I contacted dead by daylight and they asked if I had a receipt or something. unfortunately I never get anything when I buy something in the in-game store. I explained the DBD in this way and unfortunately I don't get any more answers from you. what should I do?
