Killer Power description changes.

I'm thinking of giving players ability to use M2 (or any other button) to "freeze" Power description. It would allow 2 things:

  1. It would allow people for easier time reading.
  2. Adding another feature which is page system. It would help creating much more complex descriptions and not have to worry about a wall of text covering half of the screen. It could be changed to menu-based system instead if you want to general idea is give us an ability to have easier time reading while also being able to provide more details into the Power.

    Most people just read the wiki for specific power attributes that aren't covered in the in-game description.

    I think they're fine the way they are, we wouldn't want power descriptions getting too complicated for new players.

    They need to be intuitive and easy to grasp.
