Did they recently change NOED in-game icon for survivors?

I seem to recall getting an exposed icon with NOED after someone getting downed as a survivor but didn't see that in a game I played today. Did they recently change that ("recently" may be subjective)? And can anyone point me to patch notes on that? I want to understand what's going on there


Edit: it was blight so believe it should've shown. I thought I saw the hex symbol on the side but with a skull in it. Unsure if this is new, unrelated, or what. Maybe I'll rope some friends into a custom game to check

    Maybe they got downed by a special attack, there are a few that don't reveal NOED iirc.

    NOED only shows on successful basic attacks.

    Devour is revealed by both basic and special attacks, with very few exceptions for special attacks.
