The add-on The Beast - soot gives you double bps for stalking and surprise attacks in exchange for having your terror radius heard while cloaked

Use it with Distressing, Unnerving Presence, Coulrophobia and Overwhelming Presence for a meme build.

Also gives you over 2k deviousness score for a single surprise attack.

It's the addon that grants you extra bp

Yep. With Deviousness, you get 2200 BP for every Surprise Attack. I love this addon. Particulary good on The Game. I love that you can make a TR build on Wraith, plus, it's great for farming. Used a lot during this Blood Rush.

Or the addon that hides radius upon exiting stealth with it, tinkerer, distressing, monitor and abuse and insidious to just really ######### with them.

I don't remember this either, did this add on come in addition to his latest rework?
