Please put a hook on the balcony of RPD library

If you aren't aware, people can run up to the top of the catwalks on the library, deliberately die there, and the killer can't hook them. This works without any perks depending on the hook spawns, but is even more of a concern with Boil Over being buffed.

Putting a hook on the top level of the library could fix this issue once and for all. If bodyblocking is a concern, then putting a hook on the lower level and adding a gap in the railings where the chest/totem spawn is would work as well.
