Ranks resetting
Hello,
Lately I’ve been running into an issue where my rank frequently resets. I work my Burt off to get to bronze level 1 and when I reach the fourth pip to go to red rank 4 I’m instead reset into gray rank 4 and I lose my rewards for reaching that rank. When will this be fixed. If it matters I’m on ps4
