In-Game Voice Chat
Cross-platform is great, but without a game chat it really hinders the joining of friends in that gap. If I'm on playstation and playing with a PC friend, they need to be on the PS app on their phone just to communicate with us. Not only would this be a huge convenience, but it would help with the skill gap of solo queue this new Dev Update is trying to figure out. We don't need icons or aura's if we're solo queue, we just need to be able to talk to them.
Devs - is there a larger reason this can't be done? Laws/regulation I might not be aware of that would be too much work to get around?

It's because they flat out refuse to admit they were wrong when they claimed voice chat is not what makes SWF so strong.
Remember; it took them YEARS before they admitted the Phase 2 Hook button-mashing was a flaw, simply because they put it in the game. Even when someone said in a Q&A 'This hurts because I'm disabled', the reply was 'But we created it, so we like it'.
So they refuse to admit their mistakes, refuse to add voice chat, and thus SWF continue to break the game wide open, and SoloQ's and Killers are left to be bullied.
