A rework for effusion the perk of kate
Hello dead in the light of day seeing the benefits I thought about the Kate bestowal benefit and my ideas are
1st idea you increase the darkness of the hooks by 14/18/22 meters and you struggle 6/8/10% faster
And my second idea is that you have 18 meters or 22 of darkness of hooks and that the first 2 hooks next to them are not available that we can not hang on you or the first hook but at least 2 max and if possible for my second idea that you struggle 4/6/8% faster so that the perk is better and can be used more these are my ideas good day
