Broken hatch offerings?

I’ve played several games today. Using a map and not, also using spawn the hatch offerings. Multiple survivors searching and looping the map a few times after all gens are completed and there is no hatch at all. Anyone know what’s going on? What’s the point of doing the escape through the hatch challenge if it won’t spawn anywhere? 😅

    The hatch now only spawns when there’s one survivor left alive, regardless of how many gens are completed meaning 2/3/4 man escapes through the hatch are now impossible

    Hatch will only appear when there is one survivor in the trial. If there is more than one survivor in the trial, the hatch does not exist.

    So you can't just spawn in not do a single gen and escape in 30 secs

    Because it was insanely broken and unfair ?

    Because it was HORRIBLE for killer players when they are doing everything correctly like they should, but then 2 or more survivors just instant escape the moment the 5th gen pops in the killer's face cheating the killer the win they should've gotten. Also there was a lot of times when the last 2 survivors would do nothing but hide until the other is killed so they can take the hatch just wasting everyone's time.

    Want the stupid key hatch changes back then better accept old mori then when we can just instant kill you after 1 hook.

    There is changes coming for the key, hatch, and mori system, but knowing them and how long it took just to make the most simple change it'll take forever.

    Because old hatch as a skill-less 'I win' even for 1-3 Survivors that the Killer could do almost nothing about. And that lead to the following:

    1. Survivors would sacrifice themselves on hook to give their SWF buddies the hatch
    2. The hatch spawning after the 5th gen was done, and 3 people just forming a conga-line out
    3. Survivors letting other Survivors die while they humped the hatch for an easy exit

    All felt unfair for the Killer and, in some cases, the Survivors left to die by someone greedy for a free escape. So it's FINALLY been changed. I just wish they'd get rid of the offerings that let people chose where the hatch spawns.
