Exposed status effect surprise

In the way NoED and Devour Hope do not alert survivors until they are hit I believe that the same should happen for most ways survivors can be exposed.

Etc.

Same would go for Ghostface's power as it would make it more intense for the survivor and more mindgamable for the killer. (With Myers the difference would make no difference as there is an audio cue as well as a different animation for the killer)

It would also make the exposed status effect more consistent as it would work always in the same way and not sometimes be hidden and sometimes shown.

What are your opinions on this, nice people?

    Will never happen survivors hate exposed already enough and the surprise aspect of noed is part of many angry post on this forum
