Instead of giving the free bonuses to repair speed make it:
Noises maded by the generator while repairing are completely silent.
Toolboxes are already broken, especially with Build to last. BNP needs to go.

No, it will allow you to make a good plays with this.
BNP need to change, they are still too strong. But if we keep the idea of the brand new part (sort of), we could change it into an add-on that increases the speed progression on great skillchecks by 2/3% for example.
