Is Boil Over Bugged?

Had a few people running it today but literally couldnt walk forward when carrying them. Is the perk broken?

    They might've been hackers then, boil over is super easy to maneuver, but if you could not walk normally and they had boil over, they're probably hackers using the boil over hack where it's literally impossible to move in a straight line. The hack makes you walk like a drunk person.

    I've seen hackers prevent you from moving forward while carrying them.

    Boil Over only affects the lateral momentum of the killer due to wiggling.

    It was physically impossible to move forward, ended up DC'ing. Thanks for the info, stupidly annoying hack.
