Spitballin' - Reinventing Bloodlust
Gain Bloodlust by performing a Successful Attack.
Gain 1 Tier of Bloodlust for each Successful Attack.
Bloodlust decays at at rate of 1/Tier per 30s
If The Killer is Stunned/Lightburned (But not lost when Breaking Pallets/Breakable Walls), they lose a Tier.
Bloodlust Tier 0
- Killer is Undetectable
Bloodlust Tier 1
- Killer has standard TR
Bloodlust Tier 2
- Killer has extended Lunge
Bloodlust Tier 3
- Survivors are exposed until the Killer performs a Basic Attack (resets to Bloodlust Tier 2 on a Hit or miss)
Possible Benefits:
- Instead of Bloodlusting a Survivor after an extended chase in hard to Loop areas, if The Killer becomes Undetectable it promotes moving to another Target for an initial Surprise Hit/hiding Stain for mindgames.
- Gives reason to "Spread the Pain"
- Body-blocking can become detrimental.
- Initial Undetectable removes identifying t he Killer based on TR audio.
- More Jumpscares
Possible Downsides:
- Killer gets Undetectable at the start, possibly really good for snowballing
- removal of Haste will remove the primal feeling of satisfaction of getting a hit in after a long chase/Killers might suffer from players able to chain really good loops together.
- This is not well thought-out, EG: Lunge increase?
