Grim Fate: "Your actions to stay and have the last laugh, will be your downfall!"

The perk is activated, as soon as the Exit Gates are opened, and will start to effect Survivors whom stay inside the Exit Gates for a great Duration, of 4/5/6 Seconds. The Following Effects are Incapacitated and Exposed; for 12/10/8 Seconds, once it applied to the Survivors. The effects get reset as soon as the Survivors renters the Exit Gates and remain in it for the same duration.
