Killer can use unlimited perks; how many survs would you need to balance it?
Just a hypothetical, how many Megs would we need to let loose if you could use absolutely everything? Double?
12? 20?
What about the reverse where the 4 survivors could use everything? 2 killers? 4 killers? A Dozen??
That would probably be unfun to deal with but it would be funny to see what horrific chaos would emerge

The funny thing of all survivors running all perks is that no mither is a thing. And that sprint burst will eat all other exhaustion perks.
It would probably be easier to deal with then the normal 4 meta perk survivors
