Is there a breakdown bug again?

I just had a match on RPD against 4 cross play players 3 people running Alex's toolbox and one sweaty loadout (DH/IW/BT and then breakdown) and one other breakdown with saboteur felt like I had zero hooks to use the whole match and I don't mean from Sabos in my face. Had to let 2 people bleed out cause I couldn't hook. Why is a sweaty player running breakdown? Anyone experiencing this?

    Sounds like a sabotaging SWF.

    I've only ran into a two person SWF using Breakdown, but that's about it. And it takes a long time for hooks to respawn when they're broken by Breakdown and/or Saboteur, which can be frustrating.

    Could just be that they're sick of getting tunnelled. Seems like a good anti tunnel build. Just missing DS or maybe FtP
