Problem Finding A Match

So i started this game when it dropped free on epic honestly me and my friends most of the time we can't get into a match unless we change to a killer/survivor.

its honestly annoying waiting in Queue not finding a match even when i soloQ

but when i switch to the other side i get matches instantly

    There's too many survivor players and not enough killer players.

    Time of day - generally survivor will be fast in morning/day while killer is slow, at night it switches. If you mostly play at night that is why your survivor waits are long but killer is quick.
