Changes to perks

Now that MMR is forced in DBD it's so much more likely that survivors and killers are forced to run the best perks in the game at high MMR. I was wondering if the idea of basically giving each perk a value and each survivor/killer a maximum total that they can have per loadout was ever considered.

For example if the max perk value is 500 points, dead hard could be 250 since it's one of the more meta perks, along with unbreakable, BT and the rest. Medium used perks could have a value of 125 and lower, rarely seen perks a value of 50, basically forcing people to choose a more varied perks. At least this way if they want to run the most meta perks, they are limited to only using two at most valued with no other perks, or one high, two medium. 1 high, 3 low. 3 medium and 1 low and so on.

I just thought it'd be a nice way to encourage people to move away from the strongest perks only and mix and match to their own playstyle and give the game a whole new varied feel.

The only issue I could see would be on the killer side as obviously some perks work so much better on certain killers which makes it hard to justify a value but I feel those certain perks are far and few between that maybe something like this could still work.

Would really like to hear what you guys think and if it was ever considered before by the devs.
