Just like in the title, especially that boons are broken at the moment anyway.

Makes no sense to bless faster than cleanse, especially that blessing is always better (except it's a hex totem).

    Anything that affects cleansing speeds on both sides should affect blessing too. Only exception is counterforce, that perk should stay how it is.
