Hit Validation 101
Jumping through windows doesn't work because some how even though you jump through and and falling you still get hit. Pallets yeah no you get hit through them even though you dropped and stunned the killer which they go on the other side.
So yeah hit validation doesn't work.

I think that just means your connection is bad.
Only time I would land hits through the new pallet validation when I played killer is when you queue up the m1 lunge before they breathe on the pallet.
