Search Bar for Perks

This is something that I believe isn't mentioned enough.

There is currently 101 perks (7 pages) in the game and no way to search for them. Scrolling through the perks to find the 4 you want can be very annoying when you own all the perks. Even the UI has space for a search bar right above where the perks are shown.

This seriously can't be difficult to implement and would beneficial to the games future when more perks are added over the years.
