Devs can you please HIDE the Grades OR do a better job explaining via official channels?
There's no point in seeing Grades since it's just a monthly level-up. It creates so much confusion among players; I happen to be friends with two such people. They always complain about fairness regarding "red rank killers," and I repeatedly tell them it's grades, etc., but they still think red = high skill. You see it here, Reddit, Twitter, YT, Twitch, etc. People still think grades have some meaning with skill and often criticize matchmaking.
Alternatively, do an excellent official YouTube video explaining Grades, how it levels up, and what it means. Or perhaps remove the losing pips aspect. My friend asked why you lose pips based on in-game performance if it has nothing to do with skill and is not used for MM.

Instead of the grades they could show the character portray in the end-screen. That way you don’t have to go into the settings menu to look up which name belonged to which character (I don’t usually pay attention in the pre game Lobby and have names invisible in match)
They need to replace it to MMR score tbh. Needless to know people's grade when it only means they play often or not.
Agreed. I dont understand why can we see ranks of other people if its not part of matchmaking in the first place.
Didnt last MMR test had all ranks hidden? Why not keep it that way.
And while we are at it, make ingame option to hide our name, no reason not to if someone wants to hide it as well
Yeah they deactivated it for the last test phase. I think it was even because there have always been complaints that matchmaking isn’t working because of rainbow ranks….
hiding your name is probably not a good idea since reporting players requires you to manually get the players SteamID etc. But then again… the whole report process should get reworked and it should automatically include player profile info even for crossplay reports..
