16 Charge Medkits Still Only Heal to 99%

Brown medkits & green medkits, even with add-ons, still only heal to 99% more than half of the time. This bug has been present for about two months now, and nothing has been done to fix it. It’s become extremely irritating as there have been so many instances where I could’ve held a longer chase, or might not have been downed, if this bug weren’t present.
