Why surv can still use event perks after the event ?

You can get it only at the event but that doesn't mean you can only use it in the event. Dunno why killers can't use the serum on events though.

that medkit is literally the same as a yellow medkit

that item is from an expired event and shudn´t be there right now as killers add on but it is cause the game is surv sided
