Not sure if this is a bug or not
I got a sacrificial ward in a survivor web, so I went to custom and got one there too, but I thought this was only a killer offering?
But hey, if that isn't a bug I'm pretty sure this shirt isn't supposed to be wearable, even on PTB... at least not by me, and if I am, I'm missing the other shirts. >.>

And yes I realize this was from a custom match but I'm streaming and took the SS and didn't really look. :D But it did happen in a public match too.
The offering was never meant to be killer only.
