Pinhead Chain Cooldown Buff

Please reduce the chain cooldown. There's so much time after a chain that I just stand there and can't vault nor break a pallet. It feels very clunky and frustrating.

If I'm back in my FoV i should be able to act, even if I can't immediately summon more chains.

    Yes, I have this same exact issue when trying to play Pinhead. You land a chain by a pallet/window, they drop it/vault and you just look foolish while you wait until you're able to actually perform an action.
