Hex Totems and Pyramid Head Cages Spawn Location

You know how Pinhead's box is coded to spawn away from survs and the killer?

For your consideration, Hex Totems and Pyramid Head Cages should do the same thing. Too often they spawn right next to survs, defeating their purpose.

Agreed. Totems should not spawn in view of a survivor, and honestly shouldn't even be in adjacent tiles.

Pyramid Head Cages constantly spawn right next to survs.

Wouldn't mind if that got changed so they spawn away
