Yes, did this. It has been reported and upvoted. That did not get a response or resolve the problem. Your solution was tried and did not get results, so I am trying again.

Who knows, maybe someone else has found a solution and would like to share it since it has not been resolved on your end.

Maybe instead of closing the conversation you will leave it open so folks can discuss and share what they have found works to resolve the problem?

    The mods check the bug section for the bugs, it would be a pain to have to be running all over the place trying to find a bug post.

    …why do you think the section exists in the first place? Bugs go in the bugs section. It’s as simple as that. You don’t put milk among the cookies in the cupboard, do you?

    Besides, in that very section, you, and everybody else, can contribute freely.

    We close threads and direct to the correct sub forums as otherwise the forum would be disorganised chaos and make things impossible for anyone to keep track of, hence we request you create posts in the correct sub forums.
