Killer not unlocking after purchase
I bought the spirit with shards about a week ago, she didnt appear immediately but i decided to wait 24 hours before bring it up incase it was just slow, but a week later shes still not available/unlocked but my shards are gone. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

USe that link to submit a ticket directly to support, they should be able to help resolve this.
