Let other survs heal me with my Medkit w/o swapping items on the ground (New Kindred?)

Is there a feature (not a perk) that can be implemented to let other survivors heal me using my medkit without having to do the item exchanging on the ground?

Pharmacy gets me a green medkit. Resurgence lets me get healed to full with half the charges.

The problem is that other survivors want to heal me up after an unhook (when it's safe to do so), but I can do it faster. I would let them heal me with my medkit since it would be even faster, but it's not worth the time spent swapping items or the risk of them stealing my medkit.

If you have a Medkit equipped and hold the Use Item button while being healed by another survivor(s), your Medkit will have its charges be spent on yourself.

If you're not going to make this base kit, then make this the new Kindred and make the old Kindred base kit.

    In both of these scenarios you healing yourself with the medkit WOULD most efficient way to heal (if you're planning on using said medkit anyways), BUT it wouldn't be faster.

    • Instead of 2 survivors healing, you have only 1;
    • Green medkits heal yourself as fast as if used on someone else.
