Legion Killer Instinct Bug

Gzilla

Step 1: Play legion

Step 2: Use Feral Frenzy

Step 3: Notice how Killer Instinct does not always proc on some survivors or only appears for a split second and vanishes. Frequency about 25% of the time.

Bug only checked for Legion. Last map played was The Game and also experienced on Coldwind Farm. Perks used were, Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain, Hysteria, Thanataphobia, and Blood Echo. Last used addons were Stolen Sketchbook and Susie's Mixtape.

EDIT: DISREGARD. Killer instinct unfortunately does not function with the oblivious status. Please remove this post.
