Forced Penance Buff suggestion
If survivor takes protection hit they're broken until downed.
FP has niche effect that is very hard to get value from. Dedicating a perk slot for rare situations as protection hits should be worth it. If it works once or twice survivors will know what they're dealing with, so it shouldn't be very oppressive or strong, just worth to use
