Are all survivor faces having issues now?

I dont have a pic because I'm at work but ever since 5.3 every survivor has a Pinhead thing going on? Instead of nails it's just like, black lines?

Guys can be ugly for all I care but for the females it's just awful to look like a discount Cenobite
