New Perk: Obsfucation
The perk is such:
Survivors cannot see the lit status of your totem from farther than 8/6/4 meters away. Your lit totems burn silently.
Just makes it so that survivors have to walk to to a totem to know what it is. Maybe help alleviate lighthouse totems a bit
