MMR must be going up & DC question

Yesterday, I died plenty of times. Mostly because of the many DCs in my matches causing the ones remaining almost hopeless. Is the DC penalty disabled or something?

Today,I'm escaping a bit more and I'm suddenly encountering a lot of Nurse's with BBQ and Infectious. I'm glad Boon: Shadow Step is helping but all these Nurses are boring because it's the same thing and same playstlye over and over again.

    I think they may have the DC penalty off currently, possibly because of the game crash bugs that were mentioned in the Kill Switch notes. It's not that unusual for them to turn the DC penalty off when there's a crash bug so people don't get time outs from the crash. If so they'll probably turn the DC penalties back on once that bug is fixed.
