Setting To Turn Off End Game Chat

Yes I know you can already close the end game chat. What I mean is a setting in the settings where you can turn the option off entirely. So you can't even open it again in the end game screen. Obviously with the ability to turn it back on in the settings outside of the lobby. Out of sight out of mind.

    Good idea.

    As you said, there's a toggle already but it's still there, so you might end up checking it out of curiosity and regret it right away.

    And a toggle for the profanity filter.
