[Nemesis] Add-on Text Bugged

Star99er

Currently the Shattered S.T.A.R.S. Badge add-ons text says it last for 30 seconds after a generator is completed. However there's where no patch notes saying it was reduced back to 30(when it should be a 60 second duration). I'm assuming this is a text bug.
