I really waited so long for it to come back and it costs Auric Cell?! Why does it not cost Iridescent Shards?

Some outfits just are exclusive to Auric Cells. It's always been that way.
Felix's Blighted outfit from last year in particular was Auric Cell exclusive, as is every other Blighted Cosmetic from 2019 and 2018 (as Putrid Serum no longer exists).
