Nemesis should turn survivors into zombies
Much like how Pyramid Head has a built-in mori for tormented survs on death hook, I suggest that Nemesis should have a built-in mori for infected survs on death hook that turns them into zombies that then join him for the rest of the match.
then we could have different zombified versions of the survs.

I think the developers are trying to avoid a situation where the survivors are debuffed after the death of the survivor, and I agree with that, otherwise the random survivors would have suffered too much from such an increase in the killer
More zombies by any method would be a great change.
