You can still get an adept trophy for killer even if one person escapes?

I was playing as Pinhead on the Haddonfield map. I was using his 3 perks. I was chasing Nea and she jumped in the hatch. I got the adept trophy for Pinhead. Is this something new or? I don't get it. I thought you needed to kill everyone + double pip

    A double pip is all you Need. And especially on lower grades (ash, bronze) the conditions to double pip are not as hard.
