Tiffany Valentine/ Charles Lee Ray (The Lovers)

In this suggestion this isn't going to be just a Chucky, the Good Guy doll as the primary killer but as a weapon.
Tiffany Valentine
-Before Tiffany was put into the body of the Bride, she had been devoted to Charles and would commit crime with him. So she would make a good killer to add to DBD.
-Weapon of choice is her nail file and her special attack would be to beat the survivor with the Good Guy doll (referring to the end of Seed of Chucky with a possessed Jennifer used the doll to beat the Nanny)
-One of her perks could be something referring to her line "Its like my mother always said...", another could have to do with her devotion, while the last perk could have to do with fear or the lack there of (by this I mean possibly reducing the range of the heart beat when she's looking in a survivors direction)
Charles Lee Ray
-The man possessing the Good Guy Doll
-Weapon of choice would be the sacrificial knife and the ability to possess a knife wielding Good Guy doll sitting somewhere on the map
-A perk of his could be the ability to increase his heartbeat radius and while decreasing the radius of the Good Guy doll he possesses, another perk a totem, and lastly a perk that reveals where the final survivor is as long as they are not within a specific range.
And as for the map the Good Guy Factory from Childs Play 2. That factory, especially after the cinematic chase could serve as nightmare fuel for unsuspecting survivors.
